Prescription eyewear and prescription lenses cannot be returned or exchanged for a change of mind or because incorrect prescription details were supplied by the customer.

11. Cosmetic Contact Lenses

Cosmetic contact lenses are hygiene-sensitive products.

Unopened, unused and sealed cosmetic lenses may be eligible for return where permitted under our Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.

Opened, used or unsealed contact lenses cannot be returned for change of mind where applicable law permits this exclusion.

If you receive damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied cosmetic lenses, please contact us as soon as possible.
